Accommodations

Most participants will stay at the Orthodox Academy of Crete, which is composed of two buildings set against the mountain and overlooking the sea. The buildings are connected at the first floor level by a bridge. All rooms have private bathrooms. Accommodation will be in twin rooms. There are a few single rooms without air conditioning, although this is usually not a problem this time of year.

Meals
Breakfast will be served at table from 08.00 hours. Times for lunch and dinner will be shown in the Conference Program.

Meals are served family style to all participants in a single sitting and feature local foods and traditional Greek dishes. Water and wine are provided at mealtimes. The kitchen can meet special dietary needs with advance notice.

Accompanying Guests
See the information page for details.
The number of guests and/or children who will accompany you should be indicated on the registration form.

Extra nights
The conference fee covers the nights necessary for the duration of the conference.
If you require an extra night either before or after the conference, please consult with the organizers regarding availability and pricing.
Restaurants in the village serve lunch and dinner at reasonable costs.
